1. To inform people about our church -- our
doctrine, our people, our practice, and our passion.
2. To be a resource or tool-kit for our
members -- to focus our eyes on Jesus, to focus our thoughts on the
Scripture, to focus our prayers for others.

The Bible speaks a lot about
money and our relationship to it. We
are to be good stewards of our money because, as
stewards, we understand that the money is not
really ours anyway. God owns all of our
money and all of our "things."
There is nothing wrong with
having money, as long as you understand what God
wants you to do with it. Scripture shows
us that God requires our tithe, delights in our
offerings, and blesses our generosity. God
also allows us to live "from the sweat of our
brow." Nice things are blessings from God
as long as they are acquired God's way.
"The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth
no sorrow with it." Proverbs 10:22
Dave Ramsey, a student of

He uses Scripture and common sense to help
people with their financial decisions.
While you may not agree with everything he says,
there will definitely be a lot of things here
that will benefit you.
"He wakeneth morning
by morning. He wakeneth mine ear to hear as the
learned." (Isa.
50:4)
"My soul shall be
satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth
shall praise thee with joyful lips; when I remember
Thee upon my bed, and meditate on Thee in the night
watches." (Ps.
63:5, 6)
Adding a Bible course to a
secular curriculum does not constitute a Christian
education. Your children’s education should be
thoroughly Christian in philosophy and content. A
Christian curriculum without high academic standards
does not glorify God.
